Shipping Policy
Items will generally be shipped via the most cost efficient method, unless otherwise requested. Most items will be shipped via first class parcel. Priority/Express shipping require payment of an additional fee.Â
Note: If we have to ship to a destination with unreliable delivery services trackable shipping OR Registered Mail (requires signatures) is required, and will be done at buyer expense.
Refund Policy
We want you to be happy with your purchase! If you don't like something you receive from Alchemy Stones, you're welcome to send it back within 14 days of receipt, for a full refund. After 14 days, exchanges only! Return shipping cost will be borne by purchaser.Â
